The official name of the state is Royame De-Ducie. The hospitality brand is De-Ducie Resort & Residences. The official motto is “Access for the few. Preservation for the future.”
Royame De-Ducie is a unitary corporate resort-state governed as a company with ownership shares, a Board of Directors and a profit-generating economic model.
The founders hold a combined 60% ownership. The strategic investor holds a 40% minority share and may participate in financial decisions without independent control.
The territory consists of the island landmass, lagoon, reef system and a one-kilometre maritime development zone. Natural borders are the reef, lagoon, coastline and surrounding ocean.
Executive power belongs to the Board of Directors, legislative power to the Charter Council and judicial power to the Arbitration Court of De-Ducie.
The economy is based on luxury hospitality, residence sales and leases, citizenship services, private transport, events and premium island services.
The state commits to uncompromising hospitality, active transport capacity, emergency evacuation, secure accommodation, medical access and professional service standards.
